Ablab Hair Boutique Return & Refund Policy
At Ablab Hair Boutique, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
Eligibility:
- You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Certain items, such as opened or used hair products, are non-returnable due to health and hygiene reasons.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used hair care products.
- Gift cards.
- Sale items.
Return Process:
- Contact us at alice@ablab.au with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Inspection:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Refunds
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business daysafter we receive and inspect your return.
- You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
Partial Refunds:
- In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error).
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at alice@ablab.au for further instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
